Return & Exchange Policy

NOTE: Always make sure to record a video of opening the flyer after you receive your order.

Return Conditions
In case of any problem, it needs to be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery.

Return or Exchange can be reported to us in the following cases:

  • You have received a Broken or Damaged bottle.
    (ONLY EXCHANGE FOR DAMAGED BOTTLES)
  • You have received a product with its seal broken.
  • You have received Double orders.
  • You have received the Wrong product or the Wrong quantity.

Requirements to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Share the recorded video and clear pictures.
    (In case of duplicate/double orders, provide pictures of both the orders.)
  • Make sure a clear picture of the address label is included.
    (In case of duplicate/double orders, provide pictures of both the orders.)

Disqualification for Return or Exchange

  • If the case is reported after 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Pictures and/or videos are not clear enough.
  • In case of a Duplicate or Wrong product, the parcel is not intact — i.e. the packing or bubble wrap is removed, or the product is used.
  • The address label is missing.
  • The required information is not complete.
